It's not about his voice because He did better than Justin Bieber or other commercial singers.
It's not about his looks, all we know that Kris Allen is more handsome
It's not about sympathy from women who are easy to cry seeing him like J.Lo
But it's all about his story, delivering the message that if you dedicate yourself to take care someone you really LOVE even than person can't respond it, it always can be an inspiration for everyone and I believe He is sincerely singing from his heart..
